Rechargeable Fan Explanation

IMPORTANT:
1.Please read the instruction manual carefully before operating the rechargeable fan
2.Make sure the electric rating of your home AC power supply before plugging in.
3.When LED lamp bright and fan wind drop, please immediately charg (more than tweleve hours)
4.When not in use make sure the switches4,8,9,11in “OFF” opsition.
5.The efficiency may decrease:
　　a) When the battery is used to the end without recharging.
　　b) When the battery is recharged at the temperature below 32°F(0°C) or above 104°F(40°C).
6.Please correct use in dry place.
7.Do not extend the power cord, make sure the plug must be fit tightly into the power socket.
8.After use, cut off the power by unplugging the socket.
9.Do not touch the power plug if your hands are wet.
10.Keep recharging the battery (8 to 10 hours) for every three months if you are not going to use the unit or the battery at lower level for an extand period, otherwise the battery may be damaged.
11.Switch off all of the functions when you are charging the battery. Otherwise you will get low efficiency of charging.
12.Please replace the battery when the efficiency is getting weak or using his unit for a long time(more than two to four years).

MODE OF OPERATION:

After connecting the AC supply, starts to use. When AC power failure the automatic extension will turn to DC.
CAUTION：Please make sure your home AC power supply before connceting.
A) Rechargeable fan has high-low speed
　　1) Presses down the 9th key to blow of high speed
　　2) Presses down the 8th key to blow of low speed
　　3) When revolves 15 knobs to the OSCILLATE position, blow of revolves. (Picture 1)
　　4) When revolves 15 knobs to the STOP position, the fan stops to blow of revolves, implements the directional blast.(Picture 1)

　　5) Presses down the 7th key closure blast。
B) LED LAMP
　　1) Presses down the 11th key opening light, presses down once more closure light.
　　2) Moves the 16th switch, switch far-beam lights beam and the low-beam lights.
　　3) According to arrow direction revolving and the back-spacing LED tube, revolving to wrong directio can destroy the LED tube.

C) RADIO
　　1) Revolves the 4th knob to turn on the radio, can adjust the volume.
　　2) High and low moves the 2nd button to choose AM and the FM wave band.
　　3) Revolves the 3rd knob can receive the corresponding broadcasting which you like.

HOW TO REPLACE THE BATTERY (Picture 3)

　　1.Squeezes out the cell cover screw (18) and pulls out the battery cover board downward (17).
　　2.Takes the new battery to put in the box, installs the battery cover board and twists the screw.
CAUTION: Please do not put through the storage battery (+) extremely and (-) creates the short circuit extremely as well as may not throw into the fire. Please do not use other special storage battery, the use original installation same model may charge the storage battery.

HOW TO RECHARGE THE BATTERY

NOTE:Before recharging, please make sure the switches,(NO.4,8,9,11) must be in”OFF” position.
1.Open the battery cover (NO.17) and pull out the AC cord to connecting AC power socket.
2.Red lamp (NO.10) turns on showing the battery is under charging.
3.Normal charging time for maximum is approximately: 12 hours for for one battery, 20 hours for two batteries.
4. When charge the battery can have gives off slightly heat,it is the normal condition.

WARING FOR RECHARGEABLE BATTERY:

1.This Rechargeable Fan is only applicable for charging the Sealed Lead-Acid batteies (RB640C) or (RB660C) .Do not charge with different types or non-rechargeable batteriws.
2.During using or recharging the batteries, the appliance must be placed in a well ventilated area.
3.The orientation of the battery with regard to polarity battery contact(+)&(-) do not short circuit and avoid reverse charging.
4.Puts in correctly the battery basis + polarity in the fan box，After use charge the batteries is need at least 12 hours every time to achieve full charge .

5.The leaking batteries must be removed from the appliance carefully. The Sealed Lead-Acid battery must be recycled or disposed of properly.

6.The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
7.The battery is to be disposed of safely by putting into the battery compartment with cover.
8.when removing the battery,must cut off the AC power.

2.Do not use the strong or the unstable chemical clean ventilator, in order to avoid destroys the plastic parts.
